Combi-Scan

Combi-Scan C200/C400 is a 4 side-scanner, providing a high level of defect detection and / or colors inspection. This system is based on 4 multi-scan cameras for defect detection, upgradable with 2 or 4 colors cameras for color inspection.

Combi-Scan C200 may be integrated in line with the saw, or with a cross buffer, to feed up to 3 crosscut saws.

Random width board scanning is possible in real time. For handling random width boards, Combi-Scan C200/C400/C600 measures the board width before scanning. This enables fast automatic positioning of top-bottom cameras as well as one side camera in real time.

The benefits of the scanner include decreased labor costs, increased yield, high productivity and consistent throughput. Moreover, you gain flexibility since the cutting / grading rules can be quickly and easily modified.

The scanner can be integrated with existing optimizing saws -any brands-, built on or after 1997.
